Business Development Manager

The position is based in Hong Kong.

Summary of Job
Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Client Relations and Business Development, you will be responsible for achieving the sales targets and related performance objectives for Asia Pacific (APAC) region, with a key emphasis on Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects for Relocation Management services, Destination services and Residential Real Estate services for the assigned regions.
• Implement the complete sales cycle in developing new long-term and short-term opportunities. This will involve understanding the prospect’s strategies and requirements, developing relationship with them, delivering presentations, conducting negotiations and closing the deals.
• Develop and implement long-term strategy to increase Pricoa’s prominence as the key service provider in the Relocation services related market in the APAC region. Participate in the RFPs and contribute to the preparation of detailed client proposals.
• Build and maintain a targeted active pipeline and update the CRM tool.
• Participate in various regional sales efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant sales experience in a Human Resources related service industry in Asia of which ideally 2+ years experience in a relocation or real estate industry
• Proven track record in successfully selling services to MNCs
• Excellent sales skills with the proven ability to influence and network with key decision makers, and negotiate with various levels of interlocutors
• Proactive and aggressive in identifying and developing new business
• Excellent business English language (both spoken and written) and presentation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
