Destination and Moving

We coordinate all of the destination and moving services that your employees need to ensure a successful assignment, from finding a place to live to moving household goods to acquainting family members with their new location.

Home Finding
Home finding programmes identify the most appropriate housing for the assignee's needs. Throughout the process, Pricoa Relocation will negotiate competitive pricing on behalf of your assignees for apartment rents, lease terms, security deposits, application fees, and furniture / household ware rentals when appropriate.

Household Goods Transportation & Storage
Pricoa Relocation's Global Transportation Services (GTS) has an extensive network of more than 1,900 global suppliers that are able to coordinate worldwide move needs, including:

• Household goods transportation and documentation
• Storage
• Comprehensive, competitively priced transit and storage insurance
• Global programme audits to identify opportunities for improvement
• Global and local supplier negotiations

We have three regional operations centres around the world that provide your relocating employees with global transportation services 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week in the following locations:

• London for Europe, Middle East, and Africa
• Singapore for Asia
• Fort Wayne, Indiana, for North and Latin America

Tenancy Management
Tenancy management for your assignees includes:

• Comprehensive oversight
• Customized housing and house wares packages
• Rental housing security for employees on long-term assignment
• On-call staff to assist with leasing, repairs, housing-related expenses, utility payment, and more
• Debenture management

Temporary Housing
Pricoa can arrange for temporary housing accommodations in the best locations at the best rates for your assignees. All serviced apartments adhere to impeccable standards of accommodation and service.

Orientation Visits
A Pricoa consultant will develop a customized, one-day orientation trip in the foreign destination for assignees. This trip will include a sampling of the types of housing that are typically available in the new location.

School Search
An Education Consultant is assigned to guide your assignee's family through schooling options in the new location. The Education Consultant will also assist in arranging interviews, completing applications, and navigating the enrolment process.

Property Management
We provide long-term housing management for your expatriates throughout their international assignment in the new location. This includes leasing, rental payments, arranging utility and household-related expenses, as well as maintenance and resolution of repair issues.

Home Sale
The Guaranteed Home Sale Programme provides the relocating employee with the security of a guaranteed offer from the company to purchase the home at a price established as the average of two independent appraisals. Pricoa Relocation coordinates the process from marketing to closing on the sale of the property.

Departure Services
Pricoa's services help your expatriates leave their destination with their household responsibilities looked after. Among these services are lease cancellation, property inspection and inventory, security deposit return negotiation, utilities cancellation, postal service assistance, club membership cancellations, trash disposal, school records transfer, and organisation of deregistration visits to exit country.

Settling-in Assistance
This service provides your assignees' families with practical settling-in guidance, which includes acquainting them with the area and its resources (e.g., medical, banking, and sports/social amenities) and introducing them to local social networks/clubs. The Settling-in Consultant acts as an advocate, professional friend, and cultural translator.

Educational Consulting
Educational consultants assist with school applications and enrolment guidance for your assignees' families.

Cost Management
We will review and track expenses for accuracy and policy compliance. This service provides disbursement of funds to assignees along with in-depth reporting on relocation costs and activity. Exception reporting also provides you with insight into potential areas for policy and programme improvement.

Compensation Administration
Pricoa Relocation manages all components of compensation and administration, including calculating, tracking, and communicating balances while also responding to all questions and concerns.
