These programmes provide foreign nationals and their families with the information and skills they need to speed their transition to a successful stay in their host country.

Repatriation Intercultural Training
Extensive research has shown that reentry problems are complex, and can be as difficult, if not more difficult, than adjusting to another culture. The Repatriation Programme is designed and customised to address any combination of reentry issues individuals or families face.

Youth and Teen Intercultural Training Programmes
To a great extent, an assignee's performance on an international assignment is affected by how well the rest of the family adjusts to the move. Pricoa Relocation offers Youth and Teen Intercultural Programmes to address the special concerns of children facing an international move.

Follow-Up Coaching
Follow-Up Coaching sessions provide employees and their families with additional support during their transitions and for the duration of the assignment.

Web-based / e-Learning
We blend traditional classroom-based training with CultureWizard^TM, a Web-based cross-cultural training tool. These programmes are geared toward anyone working with business associates in other countries, business travellers, relocating assignees, and spouses who are not able to participate in a standard pre-departure intercultural programme, or those on a limited training budget.

Language training prepares relocating employees and their families to live and work in their host country by teaching them the local language and business vernacular. We offer customised, personal programmes in more than 60 languages.
