Pre-assignment Cost Projection
Pre-assignment cost projections are derived by consulting several sources, including household goods carriers, in-house travel, the Internet, data providers, and historical data. Projections can be used to set relocation budgets and monitor expenses. Pricoa Relocation recommends that our clients consult with their tax advisors/legal counsel to review applicable tax cost assumptions.

Assignee Briefing & Policy Counselling
Through face-to-face group briefings, your dedicated Account Manager will help assignees identify any concerns they may have regarding their move. Our careful review will educate your assignees on exactly what is covered in their specific programme and policy.

Balance Sheet Preparation
Pricoa Relocation works with your designated cost-of-living adjustment supplier and tax service provider to provide cost-of-living, housing, and hypothetical tax data. Based on this data, we calculate, track, and reconcile your employee's international compensation balance sheet.

Letter of Assignment Preparation
Pricoa Relocation prepares and obtains approval for your employees' assignment letters.

Pre-assignment Trip
A consultant will develop a customised one-day pre-assignment visit to provide an overview of life in a foreign destination for your assignees. This trip will include a sampling of housing options in the new location. Orientation visits are often the determining factor in an employee's decision-making process.
