Candidate Assessment
The Overseas Assignment Inventory (OAI), our statistically valid, proprietary cultural assessment tool, can be used as an additional tool in the candidate selection process and to assess potential candidates for international assignments.
International Assignment Manager (IAM)
Your expatriates will be assigned an International Assignment Manager (IAM) as a single point-of-coordination throughout the relocation process. The IAM is the assignee's advocate and the central source for information.
