Programme & Policy Development
We can help you develop a flexible, cost-effective relocation programme customized to your organisation's needs and budget. We review your current policy, benchmark against competitors, manage focus group assessments and cost analyses, and recommend programmes that will help you stand out among your competitors.

Programme Management
We help you manage costs and increase the success of your relocation assignments. We do this through policy counselling and benefits review, as well as preparation services, employee communications, financial management, supplier management, and ongoing employee support.

Assignee Briefing & Policy Counselling
Your International Assignment Manager (IAM) will cooridnate all key aspects of the assignment with your employee including pre-departure services, training, relocation, ongoing support and repatriation.

Cost Projections
We will provide you with cost projections based on the parameters of your relocation policy and required services. These projections can be used to set relocation budgets and monitor expenses.

Candidate Assessment
The Overseas Assignment Inventory (OAI), our statistically valid, proprietary cultural assessment tool, can be used as an additional tool in the candidate selection process and to assess potential candidates for international assignments.

International Assignment Manager (IAM)
Your expatriates will be assigned an International Assignment Manager (IAM) as a single point-of-coordination throughout the relocation process. The IAM is the assignee's advocate and the central source for information.
